In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are in place:
Cancellation Policy: 12 hour advance notice is required when rescheduling an appointment. If you are unable to give a 12 hour advanced notice, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. Pre-payments online will be forfeited.
No-Shows: Anyone who forgets or chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a no-show. You will be charged the full amount for the appointment.
Late Arrivals: If you are late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the session that was scheduled.
Gift Cards: If a gift card appointment is booked and cancelled last minute, there will be one more opportunity to re-schedule. After the 2nd cancellation/reschedule, the gift card will be forfeited.
